How we can get the HP User name and password,to get the online status of our product. For more clearification we have SAID Number

Hi,

As you have account in ITRC, you can link up those SAIDs to your account. You can select "More maintenance and support options" and select "Link support agreements, HP Care Packs and warranties to your profile", The entire contract details you can verify by View the same.

You can also log the cases to HP through ITRC.
