Re: HP P6300 Noise/*dba
The P6300 is obsolete for many years now.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: HP P6300 Noise/*dba
Hi @Torsten. ,
thanks for the quick answer. This is for private use. Would you even not go for the P6500 ? or thinking for going to the D3700 ?
I could not find any Information how this D3700 works. Currently i am running on a D2000.
Regards,
Chris

Re: HP P6300 Noise/*dba
The P6500 needs a license you probably don't have.
You need Adobe Flash to manage it.
It provides FC connectivity only.
The P6500 is like the P2000 a disk array, the D2xxx and D3xxx are just JBODs with SAS connectivity.
All depends on your needs.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: HP P6300 Noise/*dba
Hi @Torsten. ,
thanks again for this useful Information. So i will stay with the D2000 after you told me these Information.
Which one would you recommend for a disk array after the D2000? just form information.
the think behind is that a Oracle Database Cluster will be running on it, and i was looking to save electricity

Chris
