i want to know that how to check Raid configuration form linux OS without rebooting the server
guide me if some one hava idea.

There is a CLI and a GUI that run within the OS:

But depending on server model you may also use Intelligent Provisioning or ILO.

machine is 380 G7 and it have ILO 3.
in ILO 4 we can check array configuration form ilo storage tab but ilo 3 does not hava storage tab
