Hello,

If WWN for EVA  is known,contact support and quote below article :

mmr_kc-0123972-3

If WWN for controller is not known ,please identify them ,one of the method is :

1. Locate the tag on the EVA and locate the WWN ending with " 0 ".

If the tag is missing perform below steps :

1. Please send an email to  5200.PDR@hp.com. and report Missing WWN for EVAxxxx ,retrieve the WWN and contact support to generate checksum.

XXXX is 8000/8100 deopending on the HSV version.
