How can I upgrade CV 10.0.0 to 10.2?
Hi,
(CV General 10.0.0 and business copy)
I have downloaded Command View upgrade software to upgrade CV 10.0.0 to 10.2 version.
I do not have the documentation and I can not locate it on HP website.
If you have the document, can you please provide me here?
Thanks

Re: How can I upgrade CV 10.0.0 to 10.2?
Hi
It is not an upgrade kit it's a full installation what it does is when you run the installation file it uninstalls the existing verion reboots the server and then installs the new version.
actually the latest version is 10.3 and there is a patch 10.3.2
Regards

Re: How can I upgrade CV 10.0.0 to 10.2?
To get the latest version:
Install P6000 CommandView 10.3
https://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=P6000_CV10.3
then latest patch 10.3.6
http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=5158106&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=1005
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
