How to get OIDs of performance counters on SMA?

On the Storage Management Appliance, Windows Performance Monitor can show live graphing of HP EVA Host Port Statistics (among others). How can I get the OIDs of these HP EVA performance counters?
I'm looking to use these in Cacti.

I have evaperf logging to a local text file. On the Cacti server, I wrote a script to read that file. Cacti has built in ability to use custom scripts.
