How to update my
1-Controller HSV210 firmware (now 6.0.0.0)
2-Command Viewer (Now 6.0.2.37)
3-Hard Disk (Now (P03)

-Please what is the procedures and upgrade steps
-What should i take care before i make update

Refer the EVA Updating Product Software Guides on the Manuals page of the HP Business Support Center website:
http://www.hp.com/support/manuals
In the Storage section, click Disk Storage Systems, and then select your product.

Command View 9 uses a new format for the licenses, you'll have to get them re-issued on the new format.
