Hp eva4400 controllers hangs

Hello,
we have an HP EVA4400 which caused a sudden stop of all connections to servers and command view no longer sees the strorage .

after having power off the controller mapping returns slowly. this problem becomes frequent (every 2 or 3 months we have a blockage of controller).

Thank you for helping us to find the true cause of this problem.

Did you replace some disks recently?

They look like failed.

By the way, firmware XCS 09534000 is not supported since early 2014.

You should consider to update to 10001000 first, then 11001100, finally 11300000.

Current CV version is 10.3.6 (SBM), don't forget to update the disk firmware.
