IOD and backup stream

Hi There,
WeтАЩre about to set the IOD parameter (and others) to support the CA feature between two EVA disk arrays. Does this parameter have any impact on the backup stream?

When I say ├В┬л├В Backup stream├В ├В┬╗ I'm talking about tape devices and not disk staging.
Does someone has an idea?

IOD is turned on by default - otherwise many devices would not function properly. The other parameters (DLS, APTPOLICY) might have some impact if you are working with a high load on multiple parallel ISLs but without low-level trunking.
