IP Distance gateway setup between two EVA4400

I have two EVA4400's. One in each site using Continuous Access to replicate between them. I have two pairs of MPX110 devices. One pair has Fabric A configured. The other pair has Fabric B configured.

As each MPX110 has two fibre ports, is it a recognised solution to connect both fabrics to each MPX110?

no. You should connect each pair only to one fabric.
