MDS 9509 Fabric and Device Manager issue

We have a MDS 9509 that I can't access with Fabric Manager or Device Manager with SNMP v3. I can telnet in and use SNMP v2 using the community strings. When I try to use Device Manager I get a message saying busy network, no route, or snmpd is unresponsive. Is there any way to restart the snmpd process?

Hi Steve, the customer upgraded to NX-OS 4.2(1a) and I had him download the same version of Fabric Manager.
