MSA 1000 LCD Blank

I was trying to clear the messages off of the LCD screen by pressing the left and right arrows at the same time. Now my screen went blank and I have no idea how to turn it back on.

You could create a new error by pulling and then pushing back a spare disk ;-)

I dont have a spare in the box. We are using all of the space. As long as the it is working I guess I can leave it.

do you have a redundant config with two MSA1000 controllers? If so you may have to pull and reseat the controller. I'm pretty sure that is how we fixed it when we had the same problem.
