I have an MSA 2000 and I cannot connect to it via my browser. Just get an unable to load page message. I can, however, telnet onto it.
Is there any way the HTTP channels can be cleared or do I need to reboot the thing?
Many thanks

SolutionIf seen this happen far too often on the MSA2000 family. It is something that alot of customers complain about. So far the only thing I know that works is restarting the controllers. Make sure you restart them one at a time.
restart mc a <-- restarts controller a
restart mc b <-- restarts controller b

Re: MSA 2000 - unable to connect via HTTP / web interface
# restart mc a
During the restart process you will briefly lose communication with the specifi.
Continue?
Info: Restart MC aborted.
Success: Command completed successfully
Thanks
