MSA 2212fc
We have suddenly could see a particular disk with single port connection on the MSA. We have also upgraded the firmware but no use.
Anyone can guide what further can be done

Hi,
try to eject, pull off "half the disk", wait 3 seconds and insert again.
The controller should ignore all disconnects below 30seconds.
Just had the same issue a week ago with our EVA 4400.
