MSA MPIO Path State Uninitialized

MSA MPIO Path State Uninitialized

Im running MSA MPIO v3.02 on a Windows 2003 Server with DSM Manager v4.01.01. The MSA is running firmware v7.

 

When I look at the paths all disks show as good but if I look at the path state, one is active and and other is uninitialized.

 

Does anyone know what this means as its not lised as an option in the help document,
