Re: MSA P2000fc G3 - unable to remove hosts
Have you tried to delete it from the CLI too?
Maybe you have to put the library back to be able to delete it..

Re: MSA P2000fc G3 - unable to remove hosts
You are absolutely right - should have checked the WWN's first. Is this something I should have read in a manual? :-)
Thanks anyway

Re: MSA P2000fc G3 - unable to remove hosts
So my guess is it's the switch(es), you see.
Have no idea what else it could be.

Re: MSA P2000fc G3 - unable to remove hosts
I am facing the same issue here (unable to remove the host which is SAN Switch). At the end, how to remove the host ? Is it to connect back the SAN Switch, then I can remove the host ?
Thanks.

Re: MSA P2000fc G3 - unable to remove hosts
Simply unplug the FC cables, then delete the WWN's. ;)
If you want to use you're MSA, and share it through SAN switches, you're stuck with them.
So what you can do, is rename the WWN's. ei to switch A and Switch B or Fabric A and Fabic B.
Or anything you like, and whatever make it easy for you to identify the "switches"
