MSA1000 crashed, now cannot access data on drives

I have an MSA1000 that had two separate arrays on two separate controllers. One held our Exchange store, the other held our VM's for our ESX hosts. The MSA crashed with error code fc03h when I inserted new drives to be added to an array. Although removing the drives allowed the MSA to boot properly, only the Exchange server can see it's array; the ESX hosts are unable to connect.

I understand there are new controllers that can resolve the fc03 issue, but what can I do about resolving the data issue? Will that be resolved with a new controller, or is there something else I have to do?

It will not be possible to comment on the question, unless the logs from MSA is seen. Can you post the MSA logs so that some one from the forum can look at it and respond?
Was this issue given to HP support via a case logged with them ? Have they given any recommendation?

A new controller can solve an issue? Where did you come upon this info?

Yes, show tech_support (or maybe show tech-support) and ADU report would be useful.
