MSA2000 upgrade firmware
hi
we have a number of these systems, and i am upgrading the firmware on them. all have gone ok with the exception of the last one
i am unable to log in to the GUI and telnet will not work they both just hang
i have gone on to the main controler via th e serial interface and ran
restart MC a
restart MC b
and although i get the out put to say they have both been rebooted i am still not to get on to the GUI or telnet.
is there a way of upgrading the firmware via the serial connection?
cheers

Re: MSA2000 upgrade firmware
there are some settings that can affect an upgrade, here's the CLI guide with all the commands.
