MSA2212fc Controller module A & B fail frequently
Hi All,
I have productID MSA2212fc, with 5 disks of 146GB cap
Firmware on the systems
J200P30 storage Ctrl firmware
W420R52 Management Ctrl Firmware
every 15mins i get Controller A or B failed, restarting works for 10mins and then again either Controller A or B is failed, no idea as to what is happening, finally after 20mins both fail
browsing to one IP which works throws an message
ERROR: RAID Controller B you have connected to at IP address 192.168.1.125 cannot communicate between its Management Controller and Storage Controller. The Storage Controller may be down.
If you believe RAID Controller B is currently being restarted, wait and try again. Otherwise, try connecting to the IP address of RAID Controller A (last known IP address was 0.0.0.0)
After login:
The Management Controller cannot talk to the Storage Controller. The Storage Controller may be down or is busy. No current data available.
To regain communication:
Connect SMU to RAID Controller A by entering the IP Address of RAID Controller A into your browser address line.
Thanks in advance
