Hi,
last week installed two brand new msa2312sa's and one of them looses one of controllers from time to time .. looked around (forums/googled/docs), and still have no clue what this error message means, anyone got an idea where to look for an answer ? or simply I shall contact hp support?
-------------
There is a problem with a FRU. (FRU type: Controller module A, enclosure: 1, product ID: AJ808A, SN: 3XXXXXXXX9, version: 52, related event serial number: B1082, related event code: 313)

Hi Uldis,
Check that you are running the latest firmwares as this is a pretty new product.
If the issues is still there even with the latest firmware i would suggest opening a case at HP.
That error message doesnt give a clue of whats wrong, it only says that something is wrong with that controller. (FRU = Field replaceable unit).
You could download the store.logs and search for that specific eventcode and event serial number for more hints...
