MSA2324fc Cannot access Controller Via CLI or IP Address
anyone have any ideas, i have rebooted the MSA, pulled out the controllers re-seated them, the ethernet ports are not even a MAC address is showing on our cisco switches. swapped cables, swapped ports on the switch.

try connecting direct to the storage controller using cross cable and connect thru default IP address

Please provide More detail.
is this a New Installed unit,was it connected to the Network Previously..?
For a new Unit you will need to connect via a cross over cable or alternatively a Service cable and change the IP from the Default ip;'s Management Port IP Address: 10.0.0.2 (controller A), 10.0.0.3 (controller B) to the new desired values.
default username and password will be manage and !manage
