MSA2324fc only showing 12 slots

Hello,

I have an MSA2324fc populated with 24 146GB 15K SFF drives. The device, however, is only showing that I have 12 bays avaliable. Did I miss a step in setup, or forget to flip a switch someplace? A screenshot of what I'm looking at is attached.

see all connections and reconnect all. check the firmware version of the controlers and the disk.

All connections checked and double checked. I'm running the latest firmware on the disks and the controllers. In looking at the store.logs file, I see the follwoing:

PROPERTY name="slots" 12
PROPERTY name="drive-orientation" horizontal

As can be seen from the screenshot posted earlier, these drives are vertical. Furthermore, since this is a MSA2324fc, shouldn't it have 24 slots?

Can these valuse be changes somewhere?

you should log a call at the HP support. Did you updated the firmware?
