Good day

We have just purchased an MSA2324sa, and I am seeing LUNs multiple times in the OS (Windows 2008 R2 x64).

Traditionally, we would just install the required DSM and the problem would go away, but I cannot find a DSM specifically for the MSA2000sa or MSA2000sa G2 - only one for an older MSA1500.

Which DSM should I be using, and where can I download it from?

Have you installed the Microsoft MPIO feature.

From the HP manual on installing the MPIO DSM

If you are using Windows Server 2008, install and configure the native MPIO
DSM included with Windows Server 2008.

Yes, I installed the MS MPIO feature in the OS.

Fixed, with this command after installing MPIO:

mpclaim -r -i -d "HP MSA2"
