Re: Need EVA 4400 Mgmt Module firmware 0001.3000
Release Notes:
mmp-0001.3000-CR03D8
==============
Release Notes:
This firmware package will upgrade the management module to version 0001.3000,
which includes HP Command View EVA Array Based Management.
Before installing version 0001.3000, the HP StorageWorks Enterprise Virtual
Array must first be running a minimum of version 09006000.
While the firmware is being upgraded DO NOT reseat, restart, power-cycle, or
reset the management module. The management module will automatically restart
upon completion of this upgrade. Allow up to 15 minutes for the upgrade to
complete and then browse to the upgraded WOCP on port 2373.
IMPORTANT: If upgrading the management module from firmware older than version
0001.1000, the progress timer displayed on the WOCP during this upgrade will
run down before the upgrade has actually completed. When the timer expires, the
browser will attempt to reconnect to the WOCP at port 2372. However, the upgrade
has not completed and the management module has not yet restarted with the new
firmware. Allow up to 15 minutes for the upgrade to complete and then browse to
the upgraded WOCP on port 2373. During this period DO NOT reseat, restart,
power-cycle, or reset the management module.
When the upgrade has completed successfully, the HP Command View EVA user
interface will reside on port 2372, in place of the WOCP. The new WOCP user
interface will then reside on port 2373.
==============
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Need EVA 4400 Mgmt Module firmware 0001.3000
Just waiting for more concise compatibiloity and upgrade info on the firmware .
As of at the moment I can not find any info on upgrade procedures and firmwares you may not be able to upgrade directly from.
If someone has this please supply a link.
