One controller got error

Hlw there,

Today one of my EVA controller got error.error code is

 

TC:03510141 IDX:LF

Param00:00000003

 

We are using EVA8000

 

Its very urgent to get the solution as the storage system is running by only the other single controller.

Please response asap.

 Please help me out.

Termination Code 03510141 description- One controller kills the other during master elections (controllers handshake to determine mastership)and this termination code (03510141) makes the down controller remain down to prevent constant rebooting and device discovery. 

 

Suggested action:

1. Remove/replace any faulty drives.

2. Restart the Controller in question from OCP.

3. Plan for firmware upgrade to XCS 6.250 which has certain enchancements/fixes for this issue.
