P2000 G3 MPIO on W2K8

Hi,

I've got a P2000 G3 FC with a W2K8 32bit SP2 server attached. When i run the command to enable to MPIO DSM it fails: -

C:\>servermanagercmd -install multipath-io mpclaim -r -i -d "HP P2"
ArgumentNotValid: Missing the command line name after -remove

ArgumentNotValid: Missing the command line name after -install

ArgumentNotValid: Argument not valid -d

ArgumentNotValid: Argument not valid HP P2

ArgumentNotValid: Invalid parameters. Only specify either -install or -remove.

Anyone seen this before?
(i did put the 6 spaces between HP and P2 as per the install doc)

I don't know for a G3, but with a G2 model in SAS attachment, i write "HP MSA2312sa"

I think the Installation Guide is a bit confusing as those are _two_ commands:

> servermanagercmd -install multipath-io
> mpclaim -r -i -d "HP......P2"

(Replace the "." in the second line with spaces)

Yeah - that worked, they are 2 seperate commands. Watch out for the instant reboot after the second command!
