Physical state of ports for HP B-series 8/12c SAN Switch with SNMP

Hi there. 

I need to know physical state of all ports for my HP B-series 8/12c SAN (fabric os - 7.0.1b). In Brocade documentation (loaded from http://bizsupport1.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c03090722/c03090722.pdf) I see that swFCPortPhyState (physical state of port) have OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.1588.2.1.1.1.6.2.1.3. Then I try to know a value swFCPortPhyState for instance of second port, with any MIB browser trying SNMP GET on 1.3.6.1.4.1.1588.2.1.1.1.6.2.1.3.2 but get "now data available". I download MIB files from

open it in MIB browser, try to run SNMP Get Subtree for swFCPortPhyState, but "now data available" again.

Is something wrong with mibs or OID for physical state changed?
