Please Help！1of2 A6795A card cannot found EVA6400 vdisk

I have 2 server,each one has 2 A6795A FC cards.
OS is 11.11.
The cards connect to EVA6400 through two Brocade 8/24 switches.
the server and FC cards are old.

The FC card's ACT led flash green, and SPD led is always on and the color is green.

have you tried to reseat the card or use another slot?

Have you properly presented the LUN?

If so, then you must discover newly presented vdisk by "ioscan -fnCdisk" and install device files with "insf -e" command.

You can also try reseating FC cards.
