Port not showing in EVA

I have 2 switches
Broacade 2/16
EVA 4000
I have configured the zoning on both the switches.
I can see only one port in the command view.
I am using 8Gbps HBA. But other port is able to see. This problem is only for this server.
Anyone can help?????

If the EVA can not see the port / wwid, then there is likely a communication issue between the host and the EVA.

Recheck your zoning, recheck your WWID and make sure you tagged the right one in your zone(s), make sure the port is online / logged into the fabric.

I can see the port in the switch as connected and reconfigured the zoning also.
Same proble.
But the other port on the other switch is proper.
I don,t know why it is happening?

Hi,
As above check zone settings again.
Check the actual port settings on the switch for the EVA port concerned against a "good" one.
Check reseat / replace SFP's at both ends and the cable - with know good SFP's/cable.
Make sure that the port setting on the EVA is NOT set to direct connect.
