Problem with HP fc 16B

Hi,

I have a brocade switch with fw version 3.2.0a.
It gives the below panic error and keeps rebooting. Can anyone help on this.

Probable Cause
-------------

The specified port failed to initialize due to one of the following reasons:

â ¢ The switch is not disabled.
â ¢ The diagnostic queue is absent.
â ¢ The memory allocation (MALLOC) failed.
â ¢ A chip is not present.
â ¢ The port is not in loopback mode.
â ¢ The port is not active.

Recommended Action
------------------

Retry, then reboot if necessary. If the problem recurs, replace the mainboard assembly.
