Problem with disk replacement in EVA4400

Hi,

 

I have a failed drive in EVA enclosure - it lights "amber" and have "Attention" state in Command View.

BUT - I can't ungroup it, because this feature is unavailable - I can't see "Ungroup" button on "Disk Drive" tab in CV (there is simply nothing there). Operational state on tab "Disk Bay" showes "popolated" and "Attention" sign...

 

In addition I can't find this disk in Disk Groups...

 

Have anyone some ideas about this situatuion?

If you cannot ungroup, the disk is probably already dead. If reconstruction has finished, pull the disk and replace.
