Problems with MSA2324i and iSCSI Initiator
Hi,
my setup:
MSA2324i
DL380G6 with NC364 Quad Port NIC configured as a team (off-loading disabled) as a Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Hyper-V host. HP Network Config Utility re-installed after Hyper-V role installation as per HP whitepaper.
Newest PSP installed on 1st of April 2010.
Hyper-V client (Server 2008 R2 Enterprise) has an iSCSI initiator which connects to MSA2324i in the same subnet. I am able to make the connection and can map the drive okay, but after restarting the virtual machine the iSCSI Initiator gets stuck in "reconnecting" state and is not able to map the share.
In MSA Storage Management Utility I see the host discovered and mapped OK. Any suggestions?

Re: Problems with MSA2324i and iSCSI Initiator
Removing NIC team fixed my problem... I guess it was a driver issue.

Re: Problems with MSA2324i and iSCSI Initiator
Did you connect the team to a single switch, a 'switch stack' or to two individual switches?
Individual switches cannot deal with teams when the same MAC address is 'flipping' between ports.
