QMH2462+HSV300
I'm trying to configure some blade servers to use an external storage. When I connect the QMH2462 hba directly to the hsv300 controller, I don't get a link. I configure the hsv controller ports as "direct" and the driver on the host is loaded. The blades are installed with Centos 5.4 and the module is loaded (qla2xxx). What am i missing? Do i need to do some configuration on the host side? I already checked the fibers. Any help would be appreciated because i'm new to san stuff. I did a test and connected the hba first to a san switch and then the link is there. The same when I connect the hsv300 to a san switch and configure the controller port as fabric but I need direct a link This is my modprobe.conf

Re: QMH2462+HSV300
According to SPOCK, the QMH2462 is not supported in Direct Connect mode, only Fabric Attach.
Also, CentOS is not supported by HP, only RHEL.
