RSM 5.1
after upgrading RSM 5.0 to 5.1 and reinstall RSM 5.1, impossible to connect RSM software.
error message : you do not have enough privilege.
HP Storage Admins and Users group have been recreated.

Did you add the user account you are using into the HP Storage Admins group?
Does the box also have Command View on it?

Of course user account is defined into HP Storage Admins and HP Storage Users.
