What do you mean by RSM? Removable Storage Manager? Replication Solutions Manager?

I will take a stab and will say that if you are talking about RSM as it pertains to Business Copy, than certainly you need MPIO if you are presenting snapshots to servers with multiple paths to the storage array.

Yes I mean't Business copy. Sorry about that. When I try to install the latest verison on Windows Server 2003 SP2 it says my OS is not supported.

Any Ideas?

Thanks very much. I have the same problem with the DSM Manager as well.
