RSM cannot delete, nor create a snapshot
On an EVa4400 we use RSM/DP to creatre sanpshots for backup.
We have suffered a diskfailure, and looks like one or more of the snapshots was deleted by XCS because of too little free space for reconstruct(?!?)
Now when starting the RSM job to create the snapshots, at least one of the snapshots cannot be created. According to RSM it already exists. When telling RSM to delete the snaphots, this fails because XCS tells RSM the snapshot does not exist, so the information from RSM and XCS differ resulting in this issue. Version is according Help About 5.0.118
How to clear the issue

Re: RSM cannot delete, nor create a snapshot
Hi, do you see it when using SSSU? Maybe it can be deleted from there?

Re: RSM cannot delete, nor create a snapshot
Also, what version of Command View and XCS do you have installed?
Not 9.0.1 I hope?

Re: RSM cannot delete, nor create a snapshot
Off course I cannot delete it with SSSU, the sanpshot does not exist RSM thinks it is still there.
Hence RSM does not create snapshot since it thinks it exists. When trying to delete XCS tells RSM the snap is not there.
