RSM global refresh

Hi, I have got a problem with RSM 5.1 software. When I bounced the RSM services and started the Global Refresh, one of the RSM job (script) run simultaneously when the Host Agent Discover was in progress. I have not initiated any RSM script during Global refresh process. Can anyone help me to find wha was the problem or is it possible during Global Refresh.
