Recomendations from HP regarding EVA 4000 disk group

Dears, please could you tell me, what recomendations regarding disk group provides HP. We have 2C4D EVA 4000.
How much disk groups is better solution?

Unfortunately, there is no single correct answer. In many environments it is best to run with a single disk group. Other setups do better with two disk groups (database with random I/O + logging with sequential I/O).

Ok,
but could you give me an one more question.
We have strange situation.
There are two 2c4d EVA4000, replication between them.
After one power shortage we have such problem.
On one EVA we got notification that
Total capacity 12844.01 GB
Current capacity 13605.33 GB (Alarm level exceeded)
How it's possible. How to fix this?

Oh, that is a well-known controller firmware problem which is usually fixed by a 'controller resync'. In most cases it is sufficient to reboot the master controller, but watch out if there are servers without redundant connections.

Please log a call with HP. They will have to assist you with this case.

I bought the prod at Costco but because it was not working propertly they referred me to HP,HP says it can not do anything and sent me to Microsoft but Microsoft says it was installed by HP and they can not do anything.hours and hours on the phone with technical support, but nobody does anything, send from extension thru extension. This is my second computer in a month and no one can do anything .. so cheap is expensive.. worth everrrrrr
