Replacement for CommandView 1.09

Hello,
Having issues with CommandView SDM 1.09. Called HP's help desk and they have informed me that this version of CommandView is no longer supported by HP. Funny though, it came with our VA7400 and the San's is still in use.

Where can I find the updated or newer release of this software?

We are currently running a VA7400 to Brocade switches to rx4640

Thank for all the help

Support is famous for refusals...

1. Hangup
2. Redial
3. Get someone else to help
4. If fails, go to step 1

My 2 cents worth...

Re: Replacement for CommandView 1.09

Thanks for the response folks!

The issues I am having is commandview 1.09 SDM
is "sucking" up a whole CPU... 100%
I have to go in there and do a HA_trigger stop
and dial_trigger stop about every 90 minutes

HA_trigger and dial_trigger seems, after a time, to restart themselves and this is why I have to go and repeat my steps every 90 minutes

To be more specific it's a java process that runs that I must stop

Here's what you see when you do a Top:
root 152 20 375M 125M run 110:17 96.18 96.01 java

the 96.01 is the %CPU
the 96.18 is the %WCPU

Any ideas?
