Replication Soluition Manager Server in VMware VM

Does anybody know wheither RSM server 5.6 is supported in a VMware VM ?

If so, are there any special install instructions ?

 

My setup won't work.

 

Windows 2008 R2 VM on ESX 5.1

Command View EVA 10.2

Replication Solution Manager Server 5.6

 

EVA can see and manage a EVA8100 which the ESX host is connected to.
