Reports Optimiser 6.1 can't see users in Users Pane

Hi All,

When we add a user to the Business Objects Management console, the user view is completely empty although we know there are users who can log on to the RO interface.

We can add new users as well and the User pane increments the object counts on the page, yet does not show any users.

Could you please shed some light.
