Distance between two data center is approximately 15 KM and both side using adapter HP 4G LW B-series 30 KM FC SFP (AQN211A) to connect fiber cable.

You need single-mode cables with a 9 micron core. (9/125)
Connector on one end must be LC (for the switch), and the other end should be the correct connector for your patchpanel (probably SC). That's what we have for our long-distance connections.
Since it's 15km, you may also need the extended fabric license so that the switches can reserve enough buffer credits for that distance. You then use the portcfglongdistance command to set the distance on the port.
