SAN and storage consolidation

I wannt to interconnect the Cisco and HP SAN switch to consolidate and utilise the Storage attached behing those switches.

If it is possible,can some one share how I can do that?

I have
HP: HP Storageworks 4/8
Cisco: Cisco MDS 9124
SAN switches
