Re: SAN switch back up

Configuration backup?

What switch model(s)?

B-, C- or M-series?

Hope this helps!

Re: SAN switch back up

The switches need to have access to a ftp or tftp site.

For Brocade from the cli: configupload

For Cisco MDS: copy startup-config ftp://ftphostnameORipaddress/filename

Re: SAN switch back up

You reeally need to do your homework before asking this type of question. Get the model numbers of SAN (not SAM) switches and look on the vendors (or HP) web site for the relavant documentation.
good luck.
