SVSP 3.0 software install on 2k8 - cant install licenses

I am trying to install licenses for svsp 3.0 in 2k8. If I run the application logged in as a user with administrative rights, it says i do not have permissions. If I run autopass gui.exe as administrator i have privileges and it acts like it works but the svsp application says i still have no valid licenses installed...

Ideas?
