Secure Path Manager and PSP 7.20 Agents - Broke?

When I install Secure Path Manager 4.0c SP1 on a server with the PSP 7.20 agents, I do NOT get a link on the home page to launch the SPM.

Is SPM 4.0c SP1 not compatible with PSP 7.20 homepage?

Yep, I've found this out as well. Tried it with another server running Secure Path Manager, and lo and behold its gone.

Anyone know of a way to get it back ?

Same problem here, is it possible to roll back to PSP 7.10 to try and fix the link ?
It's more like an insecure path manager now

Re: Secure Path Manager and PSP 7.20 Agents - Broke?

I have upgraded some system at one customer
to 7.20 for now; For me No problem if the link is broken, if you use spmgr at a command DOS and type "spmgr display" you can see the lun of the storage see by secure path.
I hope that future release of secure path resolve this situation.

Bye-bye all

Re: Secure Path Manager and PSP 7.20 Agents - Broke?

HP released a customer advsory yesterday about this issue.
Please have a look at it on http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=PSD_OS050420_CW01

So you should wait for SP 4.0cSP2.

Re: Secure Path Manager and PSP 7.20 Agents - Broke?

I have installed SP2 for Secure Path 4.0c for workgroups and I still don't see the link in the device home page... with PSP 7.20

Should I upgrade to PSP 7.30?

How do you tell what version you have once it's installed?

I believe the old URL was
https://127.0.0.1:2381/appntucpqsecurepath/files/spm.html

But this does not work any more.

Can someone confirm this please.

Thanks

Re: Secure Path Manager and PSP 7.20 Agents - Broke?

Hello,

is there any fix until today? I've got SHM 3.0 installed and Secure Path Manager (SP2) doesn't work any more.
