Secure Path notifications

Hi,

we have secure path version 4.0c for windows 2003. This is connected to our EVA. I am having real trouble setting up notifications so that we are alerted if a path fail's over etc. Has anyone done this or know any good notes to get this working ?

On UNIX, I simply do:

spmgr notify add 3 address@domain.com

I think it is similr on Windoze environments.
