Shared names

I am sorry in advance if I overlooked the forum for this question.

We'd like to replace a server which contains a LUN of about 500 shared folders. This server is running Windows 2000 and it is connected to an EVA3000 SAN. We'd like to re-present the LUN to the new serer running Windows 2003 but still keep the shared names. I know the folder security permission would stay intact but how do I keep the shared names without recreating them manually.
