Storage migration
Hi, I am having one old IBM FC storage. I want to migrate it to the EVA stoage. Currently all the windows servers r using the IBM storage.
10 servers are accessing this storage.
I want to move the data to the new storage . What is the best possible way? IBM storage MPIO is installed already in the servver.

Re: Storage migration
Connect the new EVA Storage to the same fabric and zone the hosts to the EVA. Provision luns to the hosts and do a host-based copy from one volume to another.

Re: Storage migration
As an add on to Paul's reply. Ensure that you have the appropriate HBAs in your system that are supported by HP. You can check the matrix on SPOCK.

Re: Storage migration
If I install MPIO for EVA, will it make any conflict?
