Good day,
we are using EVA 4400 storage with HSV300 controller. In event log there are multiple log entries as bellow:
WARNING! The correct parse file could not be found. The default file is being used. This could result in an incorrect parsing of data of this event. Please locate the correct parse file for the current firmware version and upload it using the Send Parse File button on the Controller Event page. The correct parse file is: : *HSV300_*event_CR1CDF_10000000.txt It should be installed in the directory: /hp/cv/events/.
But i can not find specified directory, where it is located? Please help me resolve this problem.

SolutionDo you run firmware 10000000?
It is unsupported since end of 2011!
Consider to upgrade to 11200000 and use the same firmware file as parse file.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
